1. Send a request

Ease is operated by Merek Barrett in Ontario, Canada. Email support@helloease.app. You do not need an Ease consumer account or a particular legal phrase. Tell us whether the request concerns local app setup, purchases, support correspondence, website information or analytics and diagnostic records, including earlier versions.

2. What you can ask for

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, consent withdrawal or an objection to processing. Relevant appeal, authorized-agent and regulator-complaint rights may also apply. We will assess the request, applicable conditions and lawful exceptions.

3. Verification and lookup

We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate the records and verify your authority. An email address alone does not identify every earlier analytics record or purchase identifier. Do not send government identification, passwords or sensitive documents unless a proportionate, secure method is explained.

4. Local information and record lookup

Some setup exists only on your device, while purchase, support, website and earlier analytics records use different identifiers and retention processes. The consumer app has no email account that automatically locates every record. We will explain relevant lookup limits rather than create an unnecessary identity link or treat a local reset as completed provider deletion.

Optional onboarding records can use Firebase SDK identifiers; an email address alone may not locate them. Ease does not intentionally join the answers to a RevenueCat customer or transaction history. We will explain lookup limits and the information needed to handle a request.

The Apple aggregate install-measurement route does not create an Ease user-level campaign record or marketing identifier. Ease does not receive copies of individual system attribution reports, and the included Meta library remains inactive. We will explain the available aggregate reports and any Apple or ad-network lookup limits rather than promise to identify or delete one person’s contribution to a campaign total. Contact us about applicable earlier provider records; the absence of a new SDK event does not erase an earlier record.

5. Local reset and social sign-out

Reset Ease completes only after the required cleanup checks for supported local information succeed. A failed cleanup is not reported as a completed reset; some earlier data may already be cleared and you can retry. Sign out of all accounts clears covered website storage inside Ease, not social-provider accounts, Safari or native-app sessions. iOS backups, exported images, Shortcuts and widget placements have separate controls.

Reset does not clear the RevenueCat SDK-local purchase identity, customer cache or paywall-event queue. Your optional sharing choice is preserved while the local information covered by Reset is cleared. In-flight requests and earlier provider copies cannot be recalled by a local reset, and not every SDK diagnostic file is removed.

6. Provider records and subscriptions

Local reset does not erase records already held by purchase, support or infrastructure providers. We assess matched records and request the appropriate action where Ease is responsible, while explaining lawful retention or independent-provider limits. Deleting an app or personal information does not cancel an Apple subscription; see Billing.

7. Parent or guardian requests

Ease’s Terms require users to be at least 13, with parent or legal guardian agreement and supervision for users under 18. Optional onboarding analytics is for adults only. Contact us about an applicable child or guardian request; we may need to verify your authority proportionately. A Terms agreement or local adult statement is not verified parental consent.

8. Responses and complaints

We respond under applicable legal deadlines and explain any available extension, refusal reason, appeal or complaint route. You can contact the relevant privacy regulator as described in the Privacy Policy. Exercising a right does not remove your other mandatory rights.
