1. Billing support

Ease is operated by Merek Barrett in Ontario, Canada. Contact support@helloease.app for missing access or purchase questions. Apple handles App Store payments; RevenueCat helps verify eligible access.

2. Check the offer before buying

The purchase screen and Apple confirmation state the product, price, currency, billing period, renewal terms and included access. Only an expressly offered trial, promotion or one-time product applies. This guide does not set a price or promise that every feature or future product is included.

3. Subscriptions and cancellation

An auto-renewing subscription renews under the terms shown by Apple unless cancelled. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Ease and follow the cancellation controls. See Apple’s instructions. Deleting or resetting Ease does not cancel renewal.

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the price and billing period shown in the offer unless you cancel in time. For a free or discounted trial, Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancelling generally stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of a paid billing period, subject to Apple’s terms and any refund or revocation. Cancelling a free trial may end access immediately.

4. Restore Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in Ease with the Apple Account used for the eligible purchase. Device availability, Family Sharing and transfers depend on the product and Apple’s rules. If restoration does not provide access you believe is due, send your app version and a description of the problem. Do not send your password or full transaction history.

5. Refunds and consumer rights

For an Apple-billed charge, use Apple’s refund process. Eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable rights. Contact Ease as well about a faulty feature or missing access. No blanket no-refunds rule or waiver of mandatory consumer rights applies.

6. Pending, expired or unavailable access

A pending or failed transaction does not confirm purchase success. Current access depends on the verified entitlement and applicable store rules. An internet or service failure can affect refresh or restoration. Contact support if the displayed state remains incorrect; do not buy again merely to troubleshoot.

7. Privacy and billing are separate

Turning off optional statistics, withdrawing consent or making a deletion request does not cancel an Apple subscription. Necessary transaction or legal records may remain even after optional or local information is deleted. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms.
